By using the Schooloflegaleducation.com website (the “Site”) or any School of Legal Education applications or application plug-ins (“Applications”), you agree to follow and be bound by these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In these Terms of Use, the words “you” and “your” refer to each customer, Site visitor, or Application user, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Schooloflegaleducation.com and “Services” refers to all services provided by us.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically. If at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Site or any Applications. Use of www.schooloflegaleducation.com either by registration or by any other means, is available to persons above 18 years of age (for people below, their respective guardians will be responsible for minor’s act) competent to enter into a valid contract and or are not barred by any law for the time being in force. If you access School of Legal Education, either by registration on the Site or by any other means, not as an individual but on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are fully authorized to do so and the listing, posting or information placed on the site on behalf of the legal entity is your responsibility and you agree to be accountable for the same to other users of the Site.
School of Legal Education (hereinafter referred to as ‘SOLE’) provides online law tutorials through its online audio-visual lectures and study material. It in no way seeks to replace or replaces the existing law universities/colleges and is simply to assist the students/lawyers in learning Indian laws in a more easier and interesting way. SOLE provides law crash courses and these are strictly the property of SOLE (as regards Intellectual Property Rights) and thereby no user is allowed to download any content (Lectures and study materials) from the website. The user shall not download or even license SOLE’s software. The Site also includes various FAQ’a and also provides Blog’s for readers and services of Newsletter subscriptions.
Privacy Policy:

Ownership:
Schooloflegaleducation.com is a sole proprietorship owned by Ms. Surbhi Aggarwal, Advocate (member of Bar Council of India and Bar council of Delhi with Enrolment No.-D/1419/2015) with its registered office at A-45, Sector-57, Noida-201301 and operating office at B-27, Sector-57, Noida-201301.
Limited Permission to Download:
School of Legal Education is extremely sensitive as regards its content. The reason behind this is simply that all its content is tailor made and original and a lot of labour and hard work has gone behind the drafting the same. SOLE PROHIBITS DOWNLOADING/PRINTING/COPYING any of the online audio visual lectures. The user’s violating the same shall be held accountable and open for challenge in the Court of Law. However, the study material is made downloadable for those who pay for the service separately. This permission to download, view, copy and print the Materials is only for the personal, informational, non-commercial use of the user and only on any single, stand-alone computer; provided that (i) where provided, the copyright and trademark notices appearing on any Materials not be altered or removed, (ii) the Materials are not used on any other website or in a networked computer environment and (iii) the Materials are not modified in any way, except for authorized editing of downloadable forms for personal use. This permission terminates automatically without notice if you breach any of the terms or conditions of these Terms of Use. On any such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials. Any unauthorized use of any Materials contained on this Site or Applications may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes.
Services rendered by School of Legal Education:
We seek to render legal education by way of online audio visual lectures and digitized study material. School of legal education operates on an e-learning platform and has no physical presence. The idea behind this is to bring the legal knowledge at the doorstep of every person who wants to be legally aware quickly. SOLE offers short term crash courses (1 month long) for every law subject mainly focussing on key topics of every course and teaching the same in the most interesting way possible (using flow charts). SOLE also provides with additional services such as Access to Specialized topics, Self-Evaluation Quizzes, Legal Blogs and Newsletter subscriptions, Internships, Access to Special Guest Lectures. At the end of each course a SOLE Certificate is offered to every user just as to certify that they used SOLE’s services. SOLE seeks to act as an aid to lawyers and students in enhancing their knowledge of legal concepts. It in no way replaces or competes with law educational bodies of India.
SOLE Certificate :
At the completion of each course (including Special Courses) we grant a SOLE Certificate to every user. Such a Certificate offers a proof that the concerned user took law tutorial from SOLE and participated in its lectures. The motive behind this is to motivate the users to use SOLE’s services as much as possible.
User Dashboard :
Every user once registered and buys a services will be given an individual dashboard. This is an elaborated user profile where the lectures, study materials, quizzes of the concerned course will be posted. Class timetables, Special Guest Lectures will also be posted in such a dashboard. Apart from this, every user is provided a private one-on-one query redressal platform where he/she can ask unlimited questions (regarding the course) with our inhouse team of teachers and experts. Content of Online Lectures and Study Material :
Entire content of the lectures, study materials, blogs and quizzes is totally original and is drafted by SOLE’s inhouse team of experts. No Copyright Violations have been made while making the said customised content. Various existing law literatures of acclaimed writers have although been referred to during the drafting. All the rights are reserved by SOLE as regards its literature.
Payment:
School of Legal Education is duly equipped for processing and receiving payments online for the services so rendered. The payment is made through the PayUMoney payment gateway which is installed on the website.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content:
At various locations on the Site or through Applications, SOLE may permit visitors to post ratings, reviews, comments, questions, answers, and other content (the “User Content”). Contributions to, access to and use of the User Content is subject to this paragraph and the other terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.
Rights and Responsibilities of School Of Legal Education:
SOLE is not the publisher or author of the User Content. We take no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party where the provision for such communication is made.
Although we cannot make an absolute guarantee of system security, SOLE takes reasonable steps to maintain security. If you have reason to believe system security has been breached, contact us by email for help.
Rights and Responsibilities of SOLE Users or Other Posters of User Content:
- that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
- that infringes anyone’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. Please see Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws below;
- that violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination, or false advertising). that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, or advocates or encourages illegal conduct harmful to any individual, partnership or corporation. - that includes advertisements, spam, or content for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
- that includes information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information;
- that contains any computer virus, worms, or other potentially damaging computer programs or files;
- that otherwise violates these Terms of Use.
You understand that if there is any discrepancy or if there is further information needed by SOLE with respect to completion of forms, we will be reaching on your mobile phone as provided by you. It is advisable to give clarity when the executives of SOLE seek information.
Inappropriate Content:
When accessing the Site, any Applications, or using SOLE’s Services, you agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any content that: (i) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or threatening; (b) advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or foreign law or regulation; or (c) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services. SOLE reserves the right to terminate or delete such material from its servers. SOLE will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms of Use or of any applicable laws.
Children:
Minors are not eligible to use the Site or Applications and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us.
