CANCELLATION/ EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY
Schooloflegaleducation.com is a sole proprietorship owned by Ms. Surbhi Aggarwal, Advocate (member of Bar Council of India and Bar council of Delhi with Enrolment No.-D/1419/2015) with its registered office at A-45, Sector-57, Noida-201301 and operating office at B-27, Sector-57, Noida-201301.
School of Legal Education (hereinafter referred to as ‘SOLE’) provides various crash courses of a collection of law subjects popularly taught in law colleges by way of online audio-visual lectures and customised study materials (collectively, the “Service”) through its website www.schooloflegaleducation.com and related sites and of the platform (collectively, the “Website”). Along with this, SOLE also provides for various specialized courses wherein ppular topics usually used in thesis and for indebt study of particular legal aspects are listed.
The user/learner may buy any of the above two courses by using our payment gateway operated by M/s PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd. wherein varied kinds of interfaces are provided eg. Netbanking, Credit cards, Debit cards, popular wallets etc. There is no option of Cash on Delivery available with School of Legal Education as SOLE offers e-learning services and no tangible products are sold.
Once the payment is made by the user, he will be given a dedicated personalised dashboard where the lectures will be uploaded. This is the similar case for both Courses as well as Special Courses. Such a dashboard will be activated within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. The dashboard guidelines can be viewed by clicking here.
Timeline: The user may cancel his/her order within these 24-48 hours of dashboard activation and not after that.
Process: He may intimate SOLE by writing an email of cancellation on firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling on our Customer Care numbers: 0120-4226131, 0120-4226133.
Upon such an intimation within the desired time frame, the course order of the user will be deemed to be cancelled and the dashboard shall not be activated. Once this is done, he will have the option to either exchange his course for another course or get his money refunded.
Our Customer Care representative shall call up the user and effect such an exchange or refund, as the case maybe.
The user has been given an option to get his Course or Special Course exchanged.
Process: This can be done by first cancelling his previous order by following the instructions written above. Thereafter, our customer care representative shall contact the user for instructions on exchange or refund. In case the user opts for exchange of course, he/she will have to choose a course of the same value as that of the previously cancelled or more. The balance amount shall have to be paid by him later before the new dashboard activation. Our Customer Care representatives will guide them through the process at all times.
Timeline- The intimation of the exchange of course has to be made within 24-48 hours before the activation of the dashboard and not anytime later.
In case the user wants to cancel his course and doesn’t desire to exchange it with any other course, he may launch a request for refund by writing an email for cancelling on email@example.com or by calling on our Customer Care numbers: 0120-4226131, 0120-4226133.
Process: In order to initiate refund, the user has to first cancel his order within 24-48 hours of buying it and before the activation of the dashboard. He must follow the steps mentioned above under the head of CANCELLATION. Thereafter, our customer care representative shall contact the user for instructions on exchange or refund.
Refundable Amount: Once the request of refund is initiated the money will be transferred to the user account by deducting a service fee of 5% of the order.
Timeline: The refund shall be credited to the same bank account from which the payment was made initially within 5-6 working days.
